Medium Update

  • Adapted to the latest version
  • Fixed numerous bugs
  • Removed the event of discussing proposals in the Royal Council; now, proposal voting only requires clicking the vote button in the UI. The Royal Council phase will be redone in the future
  • Replaced the Parliament Right law with Deliberative Power to lay the foundation for future code amendments
  • Removed the interaction category group, which is expected to prevent many crashes
  • After becoming a king, council authority will no longer be maximized directly but will be determined by game rules to decide the initial state
  • Two advisor council positions will each grant the liege a 10% correction to the primary abilities of councillors

  • Fixed the critical bug where titles cannot be granted even after the cabinet permission is repaired.
  • Added a decision for automatic granting of titles and two related interactions.
  • Added game rules to determine the state of council authority at the start of the game.

Minor update:

  • Redesigned the interaction for the Council requesting liege's land. Now, when a liege exceeds their domain limit, they can request any Count-level title and fixed related bugs.
  • Added an interaction for Council members to join Liege's wars. Now, Council members assisting his liege in winning a war will be able to gain Council Influence Trait experience.

  • Cabinet authority defaults to interference in sovereignty rather than absolute power.
  • In republics and tribal systems, the initial state of council authority is full council authority.
  • In the Byzantine Empire, council authority begins as absolute power.
