Because you apparently can't have 'Random Trinary system II' multiple times, I turned all these random trinary, binary and unary systems into random systems, so you could have more of these empires in the same galaxy.

Added guaranteed spawning (with the sidenote that the behavior of empire spawn selection ensures that it is still possible that not all the guaranteed empires spawn).
