This update and last: Finished top floor AI fixes. No more AI staring at a vase! A doggie now follows one of the key-bearers.

Made various minor alterations to increase difficulty, especially on the first floor. Fixed minor aesthetic problem and cleaned up AI for third floor... unless I broke the third floor AI.
