Removed all weapons from the gun nut, added some new ammo pickups, added turbo time to the final arena, changed the plasma gun placement so you can upgrade it before the final arena, added some lights in the underwater tunnel to make the main path more obvious.

Added ALL weapons to the gun nut, added episode 2 and 3 upgrades to the gun nut, changed zhen multiplier to 4x, changed starting zhen to 36500, significantly increased difficulty of some arenas, the special thanks message is now accessible via a hidden switch, new text trigger added before secret arena, fixed the text trigger for the door at the start of the level, adjusted certain grapple points.

Changed starting zhen amount to 9250, changed zhen multiplier to 2x, added 'Packs a Punch', 'Collector+', 'Wall Slide', 'Pin Point', and 'Surgeon' to the district shops.
