-some change on ursa : now his ultimate affect his claw

-reduced 30th boss aoe stun , increase impales number

-Huge fix about Round 24-30 boss's skill , they was problem about them not using it , now boss will no longer be braindead and will be a bit more difficult :p
-nerf chrono's powder , hugely , added CD of 30 sec, reduce duration to 15 sec
-fix boss 30 not spawning on normal and hard
