-increase ogre magi aghanim's skill damage

-you no longer need divine soul for Bahamut armor , so decrease bahamut armor cost

-New item : ShoeMoney Hammer (after the name of a generous donator :) )
This is a upgrade to the midas , it's give as much money than midas fury and midas greave , and is a needed for building those two last now :)

-slight buff to TA
-increase the number on instance on her shield
-buff to butterfly's upgrade
-Reduced Evasion
-increase Agility gain


-buff to Chaos Knight
-his illusion now get as much damage than the original chaos knight
-his illusion deal less damage
-increase the damage of all his spell


-slight nerf thinker (missile)
aghanim no longer grant global range or pure damage, but increase damage, increase the range , and double the number of target

-remove etheral blade and ghost scepter (some people was exploiting them with tinker :p)

-Witch doctor is back with a new ultimate
Witch control
-Control a ennemy boss for 3-7 secondes , on control lose , the boss regain 15 % of his hp
-aghanim upgrade reduce the hp regen to 5% and if the boss is low level enougt kill on control lose


-fix divine core gold exploit (the price if now normal :))

-improve the toolstip a bit (added some color to agh related stuf)
