added buffering to maphandler, heroes like ns should no longer stay stuck on trees
tweaked some issues with stun resistance
potentially fixed multi-waves happening and bosses spawning earlier than intended (most common example being nyx)
fixed some particle issues
casual mode now only has 5 players

fixed default dota ui rearing it's ugly head again

Justicar changes:
Is actually called Justicar now
Judgement can no longer be cast on enemies
Inner Sun barrier capped to the Inner Sun limit.
Adjusted how Inner Sun calculates overkill to be more accurate
Tweaked how Inner Sun gets added to abilities

Added Justicar aghs; healed allies receive 20% debuff resistance

Barrier changes:
Barriers degrade by 1% of current amount per second instead of 0.5% per second
Tweaked how barriers block damage

Barrier Hud
Disable resistance change:
Disable resistance no longer provides a flat decrease in stun time, instead enemies have a chance to resist the stun completely, ministunning them. If they do not resist the stun, they take full stun duration. Channeling abilities and ultimate abilities always pass this resistance check.

observer ward vision nerfed from 4k to 2k

nerfed puppeteer black plague damage from 100% int to damage to 80% int to damage
Gave all summoning spells 1200 cast range instead of global
pestilence explosion radius changed from 900 to 450

fixed valve hiding the item builds

released Justicar
Innate: Inner Sun - Adds any overheal/overkill dealt to the next ability cast; also passively grants Justicar 35% amp to any heals applied to him.
Shining Light: purifies a single target, purging them, dealing damage if its an enemy and healing if it's an ally. Enemies have healing disabled
Blessed Aegis: buffs an ally, shielding them from all damage
Judgement: deals damage to everyone who attacks Justicar for the duration, a part of the damage taken is converted into healing over time
Absolution: heals the target over time and reduces status effect duration
Penitence: Deals damage to self, damage dealt to self is also dealt to enemies; allies gain barrier; grants bonus armor and damage
Avenging Wrath: Line beam, enemies hit are slowed and take bonus damage
Radiant Glory: unleashes a massive, slow blast of expanding light that damages and blinds enemies
Sacred Ground: Creates a circle on the floor, all enemies within it will be drawn towards Justicar; all allied spell effects are amplified within it, including buff and debuff durations

enemies now give 1s of vision every 5 seconds if theyre not invisible
asura raze radius reduced to be more in line with the particle
necro arrow radius reduced slightly
broodmother wave now only spawns 1 broodmother instead of 2
you now need to be actually hit by one of doom's fire tornadoes to be killed outside water
changed how delayed cooldowns are displayed, now freezes the cooldown until ready
fixed temporal elite not increasing cooldowns and dropping bubbles
ai no longer tries to target wards

buffed bane:
ult cd reduced
brain sap cd reduced
enfeeble no longer is centered around bane, now point target
fiends grip should now always last full duration
