ADDED BOSS MASTER gamemode (map choose)
: in this new game mode , one player will be the Boss master (on team selection screen) , he will be abble to control boss , if boss master is afk or leave , the game will continue , boss wil use basic IA if no order is given
the boss master will be abble to ban 1 hero (the one he pick) , boss master can't do anything else than controling boss (for now at least)
They may be Ton of bug for now , if you see bug , tell me , but BEFORE CHECK IS THIS WASNT REPORTED YET !

-changed mute button location to no prevent player using minimap on right to buy item

-made earth-shaker skill grow a bit better (i should nerf his ulti , not done yet)
-added donator list on loading screen
-fixed loading screen having a black at bottom when waiting too long

-fixed mute button don't stoping music when it started (i hope it will work)

-added music AND mute button for music , took me the full day to make it

fast fix hud , to not override day/night clock when 7 player :p

-fixed a little tipping error on loading screen
-added game info on the left of screen for beginner :)
-buff on Spirit breaker bash

Sorry no boss for now, i haven't finished him yet , those Hud/loading screen stuff took me time ^^
