MORE BALANCING !
* New items dropped by bosses
* More gold at end of a boss fight (really useful when doing the map with many people)
* Buffed a bit of some weak bosses (when they weren't intended to be weak)
* Nerfed the Troll Warrior stun (range was too high)

Balance on second boss, and money given by the first 5 bosses.

Due to a very hard to resolve problem with the Dire team, i chose to lock the game mode to Coop only, leaving only the Radiant team, making it 10 slot, so no more dire for now, I'll try to fix it, but for now, there will not be versus mode, sorry guys
Also fixed last wave, it was buggy ^^

Added 2 new waves (one with multi boss, and 1 with a very powerful one, they can't be completed solo)
Enabled respawning, so now team vs team vs boss will be a little more funny
Improved some boss skills
Added some funny titles to the rounds :D

Fixed a ton of bugs
* no more crashes because of clarity and salve
* stats not being updated when picking up some items not sure if fully fixed, but at least i fixed a big part :)
* deleted secret and side shops (will come back soon , you can still buy new item in normal shop)
* changed the map to fit more for a versus fight
* made the wave 7 way easier, I've made a mistake about his difficulty :)
