-make the challenger map brighter on night

-Tusk iceshard reduced level from 7 to 4 to prevent bug but increase the slow
-increase witchdoctor ultimate duration
-Unit controlled by witchdoctor ultimate can be attacked
-nerf kunkka cleave
-replaced blood seeker thirst
-increase cooldown on boss Nyx carapace from 12 to 20 seconde

some change on challenger map : no longer safespot :p , allong with some little other change ^^

-nerfed boss 34 regen
-nerfed iHateRussianKappaPride (he's not realy a funny guy :( )

-fix boss 34 IA : he was not using his blink
-fix boss 34 death timer not been right

-added boss 34

-fix tooltip of boss 31/32 (i'had put them in the wrong file until now >.>)

-boss 32 true form now cast his spell meteor without prevent the round to end
-added tooltip for boss 31/32 skils (boss 33 skill will come later ^^)
