ns hotfix + some other heroes who were still broken after the overhaul

major overhaul on how heroes work, should fix every ability valve has changed that was broken (silencer curse, bloodseeker aghs ult, sf aghs etc)
Wicked Fury now uses beastachi wood instead of bahamut orb to gain the pure splash

i messed up axe's spins, it's working like intended now

Added earlygame item Echo Sabre

Added lategame Abyssal Soul for dpses that need their divine soul some tank in ng+; added ng+ piercing splash item (Wicked Fury)
theyre expensive items with not a very good payout, mostly to fix slot issues in ng+, don't rush these

more hero tweaks

Fine tuning of earlier buffed heroes, just some number changes
Night stalker passive now gives Enfeeble, increasing all damage on the unit NS is attacking

Axe Ballerina skill changed to be on par with 6.87, is now pure damage at cost of nerfed damage (40k physical to 7.5k pure at max level)

Clockwerk cogs disabled

Pudge passive now works like intended, stealing max hp from bosses

Rescaled Asura for normal, he will be vulnerable slightly longer in normal and hard, unchanged for impossible and challenger

Added otherwordly core as a lategame caster option

Hotfixed Dark seer aura issues

Leshrac ult radius increased to help with splash damage bosses (might get nerfed back if i decide to add a radius boosting item)

Hunter in the Night now changes BAT instead of giving AS
Doom:
Devour kill percentage and added infernal blade; Devour gold gain nerfed
Morphling: overall buffs
Bristleback: Bristleback's side is now all around him not just 110 from the back
Dark Seer:
Wall of Replica replaced by Battlemaster's Genius; gives a minor evasion and armor aura
Weaver: The Swarm rebalanced
Clockwerk: Buffed Battery Assault, cogs reworks on their way
Timbersaw: Chakram DOT Buffs
Queen of Pain Scream of Pain AOE to 550
Venomancer ult buffed, aghs buffed, venomous gale rescaled from 15 duration to 5 duration but 1s ticks instead of 3s ticks
Windrunner: Focus Fire now gives +% damage
Shackleshot kan latch to multiple targets
Windrun rescaled
Tiny: Toss damage buffed, craggy armor buffed
Phantom Lancer: illusion duration buffs
Abaddon Aphotic shield now pierces spell immunity
