Asura Staff has a new icon to better distinguish it from rapier
Asura Staff cooldown nerfed to 50 to compensate for new core (same cd as previous core)

Asura Rapier buffed from 12 to 11 cores

reworked how overcharge removes health, now removes the proper amount and doesn't count for the dps meter

reworked spirits to quantum duality, sort of like tether but works on enemies, reduces their damage and saps their health regen
overcharge now lowers base attack time, gives armor and magic resistance to make up for the lowered damage reduction; overcharge will increase enemy bat when overcharged and tethered
removed earth spirit Q until either reworked or map triggers fixed
