cleaned up some internal files
[+] added custom UI

[#] slightly tweaked a few particle effects, you won't notice a difference
[#] skin VFX now change to red and white

[-] reduced final hit damage of Thousand Deaths
[#] only the final hit of Thousand Deaths is able to kill
[+] Thousand Deaths now executes enemies below 10% health

you will hear a sound cue if you land the first hit against someone below 10% health

[+] The followups from specials are no longer affected by pushback
[+] the first hit of Axe Kick is now +2, and the ground hit is now a +1 low
