Fixed sound not working on gents room air tower dryer

Just a quick fix to make that flying bucket in the gents room
spill as it was failing to spill

Made Elfatso Crisps Edible=You can now eat the crisps
Added Edible Pills=You can now get High
Added Player Death Sounds
Fixed up bad placement of toilet roll holders=no longer floating in the air
Polished the urinal model it now has rusty flush pipes

list in main menu unsub n restart the game a few times then resub to get the latest map update

You can now burn things by using the hand towel dryers

You can now refill buckets in the sinks by placing a bucket in the sink and using the taps/faucets
