v1.2.0: Multiplayer fixed and a little fix for Gestalts who where nerfed by a late change I made just before releasing the mod.

Version 1.1: there was a bug with vassals/overlords when their treaty included a research transfer.
So from now on there is no technology diffusion between vassals and overlords. Use the vanilla treaty instead - and it actually make sense in a way: the overlord can choose to block the natural diffusion, or not!
