Minor leg model changes to help prevent clipping with some clothing.

Unable to quick fix head issues with some clothing items from certain mods. (Boots Expanded for example has known issues with the head) - Might comeback to try to fix it, but not as of this time.

Renamed in game menu names for final version, off of the place-holder testing names that were there on initial release.

Apologies for anyone who had their skin reset from the renaming of the mod. For help on fixing it, you can turn on change species in the sandbox settings for the core mod, Anthro Survivors.
