Modified config to contain sections corresponding to three versions of ANCE rolls:

- Version 1, in the state the mod was originally released in
- Version 2, which resembles LWotC's swap table but makes the rolls independent
- Version 3 (default), which is based on version 2 but the weights are smoothened out a little manually

Comment/comment out sections according to your wishes.

Added two console commands, ShowLwotcNCEDeltasOfSelectedSoldier and ShowLwotcNCEDeltasOfBarracks, which output numeric evaluations of soldiers' NCE rolls to console and log.
