V1.0.3 - Pellet/FTilt fixes
(+) Doing a jump out of Jab/Forward Tilt now shoots out a Pellet, allowing for FTilt > NAir to be easier.
However the timing to shoot out a NAir Pellet out of Jab/Forward Tilt is less time than normal to allow for a Jump from a single Jab Pellet.

(-) Proto Man can no longer do a unintended backwards sliding Forward Tilt.

(-) Side Special KBG has been reduced a bit. ( KBG.75 > KBG.68 )

V1.0.2 - Touchups and small buffs/nerfs
(+) Back Air comes out 3 frames earlier.
(+) Back Air hitboxes go slightly further out.
(+) Back Air angle goes slightly steeper ( A.134 > A.148 )

(+) Up Special ledge grabbing has been modified so he can grab while rising during the mid-part onwards.
(~) Up Special now slightly hovers during the apex of the arc before falling down

(+) Up Tilt now has the 3 frames of intangibility at the very start of the attack.
(~) Up Tilt has a tweaked animation, but framedata remains the same.

(-) Side Special has 2 more frames of endlag.

(-) Down Throw damage decrease:
Multihit: ( 3 > 2 )
Launcher: ( 7 > 6 )

(~) When grabbing the ledge with Beat still out, he now flies away instead of disappearing.
(~) Down Throw now has a sharp hitsound.

(+) The first 4 Forward Strong Charge states have slighly higher knockback growth:
Charge 1: ( KBG.70 > KBG.74 )
Charge 2: ( KBG.72 > KBG.76 )
Charge 3: ( KBG.74 > KBG.77 )
Charge 4: ( KBG.77 > KBG.80 )
