More fire balance changes/bug fixes

- It deals more damage again
- It's generaly less buggy

Quick fire balance patch:
- It deals 1/10 of the damage(Don't worry it steal deals way too much)
- You need to be closer to it to be lit on fire
- Fire is larger on larger creatures
