[Suppression and stamina adjustments, infantry completely get rid of ICO]

- Suppression effect is redone to eliminate myopia.

- Infantry stamina +50% and sprint speed +8%
- Spawn time of all AH is delayed by 10 minutes, and only appears in maps facing irregular armies

## 0.996 (2024-01-13)

ICM is split into two MODs: main body and new map pack. 2 new maps PPG and OPFL in main body are transferred to the map pack.
The size is 500MB each. The main body can be used independently, but the map package cannot be used independently. The main reason is that the new map takes up too much space and no one in China plays it.
