Updated JM "Fairhaven"-Class Destroyer.

-Added Active fin stabilization system
-Added manual vertical trim setting (control from helm with up/down)
-Added heaters on central parts of the ship.
-Added ship identification suffix setting for the video transceiver ( "JM DD4"..suffix) (default 0)
-Minor detailing (deck signs, handles on important sectors or close to ladders)
-Removed 6 unnecesary subgrids (on the flare launchers)
