Mod updated to be compatible with the most recent ace version (3.16).

Hopefully fixed the key for good.

Updated the sounds and finally keyed the mod. Let me know if the key don't work.

Removed the entire fucking ace mod, and so now this mod only replaces the "ace_cookoff.pbo" file, so you can use this with other ace versions instead. yay.
