+ Bug Fixes
- MP5K Double reload sound bug
- Combine Sniper ironsights bug

+ Gave more zoom to the snipers.
- OSR: .5 -> .1 (smaller number is actually more zoom also about a 2.5x increase)
- Mosin: 12.5 -> 10.5 (About a 2x increase)

+ Redid .357 Ironsights (again lol)
- Moved it back into the shoulder a bit.

+ New viemodel offsets for the OCIPS
- Moved it down so it's not all up in your face when you're not aiming down sights.
