Removed PZAPIModOptions.lua as it was causing issues and no longer needed

removed version requirement on b41 version of the mod due to user reported issues

fixed some b41 files that i forgot to update

*updated for build 42-unstable*
- fixed distributions so they actually spawn
- changed items from static to skinned items because static items seem to have rendering issues
- added a sandbox option to allow the glasses to function as a visual aid
