Fixed a bug causing blue flies to spawn from portals when entering a different room.

v1.2 Changes:
Apollyon now has a base damage of 3.00.
Default locust portals now summon purple flies, which deal 1.5x the player's damage.
Any item with the "fly" tag will now increase the chance of pestilence portals spawning when voided.
