Removed code that would force sandbox doors to be locked upon server startup

Fixed a bug where the door upgrade wouldn't be accepted by a non DarkRP door.

I have now added support for Sandbox and other gamemodes as per multiple requests! Once again, I have done a basic test but nothing too advanced to any issues please let me know and I shall resolve as soon as you let me know.
