Some minor visual fixes

- Changed Sprite Detph from Battery
- Fixed Duct Block near Ballast Tank Hatch - should work now
- Fixed some link problems after last barotrauma update
- Fixed Radiation shielded deconstructor from Hazardous rectors to cause issues (item was bugged after last update, had to be replaced)
- Fixed some issues with the improvised "Airlock Function" in the engine room. If you place your character on the ladder and climb up a little bit the hatch below you should close. So if you also close the door to your left (between you and the upper engine) and also close the safety hatch above you you have an improvised airlock to enter the pillbug-24 shuttle if it should be breached or damaged inside.

Updated the waypoints for the AI. there was a door-waypoint causing trouble and the AI was not able to enter the Pillbug-24 (Shuttle). Should be fixed now.
