Added: UNSC, Army, Marine Corps and Navy Ranks compatibility with ETR Enhanced Ranks (This requires the ETR mod to show up ingame)

Potentially fixed: Spartan Skeleton holding the BR55HB, GL and Experimental variants oddly (It's not perfect but it's better until I can get custom animations sorted at some point)
