Update fog sliders to go up to 40000 instead of only 10000.

This is enough to fully eliminate fog on every map I can find, but if you really need more, you can still use the console commands. Especially now that they actually function <.<

Fixed the console commands just... not being functional. Oops!

At least nobody seemed to care much, though, since I never got any reports about it :p
