-Fixed an issue where the Hellcannons would not appear in Zeus.
-Added speed of sound to soundset.
-Slightly modified model.cfg.

-Added the Arma 3 Binoculars as a sight for non-artillery computer users.
-Added the ability to assemble and disassemble the Hell Cannon to help with transportation. (Still haven't figured out RHS towing yet)
