Major update to Fio Germi addon
-Improved bones and weight painting
-Improved normal maps
-Improved c_arms
-Improved physics to be in line with the other Metal Slug player models
-Fixed transparency issue with hair
-Fixed texture issue with eyes
-Fixed limb being slightly longer than they should be
-Fixed issue with eye lashes being separate to the eyelid in the face poser
-Added NPC icons
-Added extra parameters to the textures for slightly better looks
-Added extra jiggle bones to vest, hat and bags
-Added glass to the glasses model and texture associating with it
-Added few minor face poses
-Added 1 alternate skin
-Changed model name for easier organization with the other Metal Slug player models

I forgot to rename Fio.lua to FioGermi.lua

Changed Fio.mdl to FioGermi.mdl and updated lua file to fix compatibility issue with one other addon.
