-Added a tribute to one and only Sara Nagare. Saranara! (Jinn included)
(To elaborate quickly - added unique merchant for Egypt that has very rare chances to appear in random encounters. She always sells one unique sword & unique throwing item, as well as a few throwing monster items)

Added more heroes into Greece, a few into Egypt (Boarmen, maenad, zombies, wraiths and skeletons)
