Changed the block on the motorcycle super to spawn a slower motorcycle so when you block a burst you will still get rewarded for it.

Increased the damage of both options for the motorcycle super

Changed chronos to advance forward faster, so it can be used to close a gap or flip it to whiff punish, this also includes the air version of chronos.

Chronos costs one bar.
