The inability for empire players to get recruit Templar units and the WH lord was unintended and has been fixed in this patch.

Update has been pushed, figured a way around the Abhorash Flight issue. He will now at level 20, regardless or whether he is an agent or a lord, auto unlock a skill that grants him the flight attribute automatically unlocking the flying part of his animation set - regardless of which weapon/anim he is using. The flying attacks are gonna look weird af until I have a better solution for them. But that will take time, and I just spent the last day making these so bugger off until I rest up lol. Enjoy the new and well deserved capabilities of Abhorash though in the meantime
