Moved the oxygen meter to the top of the jumping module bar in Type B.

Based on some of the feedback I've received, I’ve created a second variant of the Black Mesa Centred Hud that has all the information on the bottom of the screen.

Because I've now included two versions of the HUD, it'll no longer work by just subscribing. You can follow the instructions on the HUD’s Workshop page to get it working again.
