Adjusted the sight and fire positions, increased firepower and reduced bullet dispersion and recoil for the sake of gameplay.

Tweaked the fire position a bit.

Reworked the weapon to try and fix the magazine.

Was cose last time. Hopefully the mag is fixed this time. Also tweaked the sight position while I was at it.
