COND_NPC_FREEZE and COND_NPC_UNFREEZE have changed in syntax

i fixed the addon for this

improved gravity handling so that using this swep doesnt fuck u over in low gravity maps

player now invincible during E/sweeping blade (mostly to prevent an unfortunate interaction where player would instantly die if dashing into a prop)

further minimization of the physics break incidents

fix bug which would break all physics in the game (i know, right?)
