fancy version name

1) Reworked hardpoints:
Now big hard point resides on top of the sub, with proper up to date base loader. Now you can install any big gun and being not stuck with railgun.
2) Added pump on near navigation console.
3) Made medical deck more compact.
4) Some minor fixes in wiring.

Final brush ups of submarine, made 2 posters little bit bigger.

Fixed glitchy poster. (messed up coordinates for sprite sheet)

I guess worth a try. Basically release as is
