* Added 25% resistance to frost for the Ancestor's Wrath flame cloak. It essentially works like a fire-and-forget ward against frost spells and negates the race's 25% weakness to frost in combat. Just call on the lesser power anytime you are in combat with a frost mage, Draugr mage, or frost-breathing dragon.

* Fixed a bug where the Ancestor's Wrath flame cloak was restoring magicka to the caster.
