Added a color coded visualization of the objects LOD (Level-Of-Detail) property. Invoked from the console via ToggleVisualizeLOD() or by shortcut Ctrl-Alt-Z

Added the functions for storing/restoring the enabled mods. Added an option top download and enable missing mods in saved games upon loading. Removed the popup warning after enabling mods.
