adjusted sizes of 2k and 3k to match other game versions
add scratch images to remaining modes (its inconsistent i know and ion care)

- adjusted size of 8K playfield
- added scratch notes for some keycounts idk why i didnt do it for all of them

- added 1k, 2k, 3k, 5k, 6k, 8k, 9k, 10k and probably something else i dont remember

- Moved rating and accuracy numbers more to the corners
- Changed color of F grade
- Added large grade images
- Modified timing line color to use alpha values instead of a solid gray

more stuff that i forgot later

- made receptor lines thicker in 7K
- changed author name in skin.ini
