Added research projects, basic allows rotating between two crops, advanced between any number. Can be turned off in the settings.
Added yield improvement by fire, burned crops increased yield of the next harvest
Added yield improvement by time, if left empty a land will regain yield over time
Added option for rotation to only slow down yield lowering, not increase it
Added info about average yield-change for a selected growing-zone
Changed the yield-calculation by counting forward in time instead of backwards.
