new troop for rougue realm users still kinda works for people without it

NEW TROOP: Balrog and Balrog Hatchling
Balrog hatchling: very weak and to be honest sucks.
Balrog: Incredibly strong can cast all sorts of fire spells and is in general a pyromaniac of a troop.
WHOLE TROOP REWORK: all units had their stats and abilities changed
Orc guards got a new ability to become ranged and 25% does not work for RR users sorry :(
Calarz and war bringer got their names changed to be slightly more lore accurate and more!
