+ Added support for Lepers (New Robotic Limbs) and Mogwai Hive Overhaul.
+ All greenlander exclusive hats can be used by lepers and all hive workers, hive princes, cannibals and sheks subraces.
+ All greenlander exclusive shirts can be used by lepers and cannibal subraces.
+ All greenlander exclusive pants can be used by lepers and cannibal subraces.
+ Removed unnecessary armor exclusions.
+ Properly set all hive's exclusive and excluded armors.

+ Added support for Cat's Esata the Stone Golem. That means that Esata have 100% chance to appear with their new exclusive armor.
