[WOTC] Enemy Mod Balance Changes

Version The Next:

Venator Defence nerf changed to 25 (Down from base 30, up from previous nerf of 20) since I somehow fought them constantly without realizing that they do not, in fact, take cover.

Version 1.1:

All changes are on legend difficulty, with smaller changes being applied to lower ranking units and lower difficulties.

1) Muton Hunters: Reduced Prowler Armor from 4 to 2.

2) The Hive More: Reduced Hive Guard Shield Deflect from 25% to 1% (I cannot reduce it to 0 with config edits or I would)

3) LEB's Lategame Enemies: Reduced Venator Defense from 30 to 20.

4) Purge Priests: Reduced Exalted Purge Archbishop's Health and Armor from 50hp/6armor to 40hp/4armor.

1) Bio Assaults had 100% deflect chance with "Deflect_Chance = 0". Not sure how that works, but I've instead nerfed their deflect chance to 1%.
