Added near scenery and at-grade crossing signals along the CNW mainline from the Neenah Channel to the Menasha Channel, not including the island where the CNW mainline heads towards the Little Lake Butte de Mortes trestle. All scenery has been filled in between the SOO/MILW branch line and the CNW mainline on Doty Island. However, scenery on the CNW branch line east of Commercial St/Washington St is not yet complete. Bridges have also been added across the Menasha Channel.

Added near scenery and at-grade crossing signals along the CNW mainline from Commercial St to the Neenah Channel, just north of Wisconsin Ave. All scenery has been filled in between the SOO and CNW mainlines south of the Neenah Channel.

• Added near scenery along the SOO mainline from Chapman Ave in Neenah to just south of the STH 441 in the town of Menasha (now the village of Fox Crossing)

• Added near and far scenery between Breezewood Lane / Bell St and Winneconne Ave in Neenah. (the east side of the tracks along Winneconne Ave still needs some work)

• Built the Count Road G overpass across the SOO and CNW main lines and Highway 41.
  
• Built the Highway 41 viaduct over the Menasha Corp rail spur.

• Added at-grade crossing placeholders along the Soo Line between Breezewood Lane / Bell St and Winchester Rd.

The following was done between Indian Point Rd and Dixie Rd between Oshkosh and Neenah:
- Adjusted some of the track gradients
- Added near scenery
- Added some distant scenery

- Removed temporary skyscraper building in Oshkosh
- Extended the tracks north through Neenah and Menasha.
- Started creation of the Indian Point Road crossing.
