buffed accessories to be in line with SIFAS mechanics:
increases Damage, HP, Crit regardless of accessory specialty
higher rarity accessories have stronger benefits
1,2,4,8 R,SR,UR,LB

adjusted the finale accessory to be more consistent
changed accessory instances of crit chance to be natural numbers
corrected R rarity star necklace DR
fixed a visual bug involving UR accessories/tools when reforged
tool tip compatibility for the finale tool for high resolutions and low UI scale users
cleaned up some typos
republished for compatibility with tModLoader v2024.4.3.2

Fixed a bug causing star gems to be null value

increased star gems for world generation (chests)
decreased star gems for most everything else (enemies, bosses, critters, etc)
lowered coin values for most items
new critters: bird, worm, firefly, squirrel, snail, butterfly, dragonfly
changed buff sprites
added configs for star gem buy/sell and finale NPC prices
fixed broken attacks for town npcs
modified some suprise endgame mechanics
fixed bestiary not appearing / appearing static
made npcs more child freindly
upgraded to .NET 8.0.204
republished for compatibility with tModLoader v2024.3.3.2
