Removed time system, as it is it's own addon now.

- Added a lua file for time.
Use fnab_AM_add - changes time by 1
Use fnab_AM_reset - resets time to 0
Use fnab_AM_set 1,2,3,4,5,6
changes time to a specified number
fnab_night_set - changes the
night to a specified number
- Added lure function by damaging a camera button
- Fixed some lighting issues
