fixed for tamurkhan and khorne ror rampage fix

Updated for new dlc everything but tamurkhan works at the moment so ive disabled the units for tamurkhan for the time being until iv'e fixed it

it is fixed thanks to mortarch

Raised level to unlock ror's slightly

lowered ai priority to recruit ror units does not affect player.

just ticked it just in case someone asked for a update

added the unit cards from zavan once again i should say very generous and i also added the units to the changeling

added missing tzeentch halberd techs
