- Add 2 different models of each ai medium tank for benefit upgrade with better cannon

- Update Ai Medium Tank Models with new canons possibilities.

- Come back to the version without light tank, because the the cost is finally the same for less efficiency exclude sur at/aa line + arty support, but it don't replace the big efficiency of 30w medium

- ai can't create template of light/medium tank without light 34/medium 38 research in place of early great war tank
